For customer convenience, we support Cash on Delivery (COD) in major UAE Emirates. Any payment invoice issued complies strictly with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax (VAT).

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your information for the following business purposes:

  • Processing transactions, preparing VAT tax invoices, and organizing transport/delivery directly to your site coordinates.
  • Sending system notifications, shipment trackers, backorder alerts, and safety product specifications.
  • Managing corporate customer permissions, role-based panel access control (RBAC), and auditing administrative edits.

4. Data Retention & Archiving

We do not delete historical transactions, invoices, or ledger data. According to local financial regulations, all orders, invoices, and payment logs are preserved permanently in our data repository and protected against mutation or deletion. Accounts that are soft-deleted will deactivate, but their legacy audit trails are retained.
